I am also on Lexapro 25mg (moving up to 30, slowly)
Prior to taking meds, "freak outs" were normal for me. I would wake up in the morning and feel like my world was going to end if i got out of bed for school, and ifi did drag myself out, silly things would make me burst into tears (like picking out clothing - that moment of indecision of what shirt to wear was devastating)
They've stopped since
