John asks…i feel so depressed. need alot of help? maybe you can help me?ok now i have posted numerous questions about how i feel depressed and angry all the time.
well anyways i havent seen anyone but i think i have depression,bi polar disorder and add.i just get so sad somtimes i wont do anything ill just lay in bed.i have had suicidal thoughts and actions and have cut my wrist.i have had an urge to do drugs and drink alcohol.
i know i need help but im worried that if i call one of those
