Your Questions About Anxiety Medicine
Donald asks…I have awful panic attacks from anxiety. What medicine should i ask for to help with anxiety?Medicine is one of my last resorts. I have tried meditation, relaxaion, counseling and even though overall i get better my anxiety really hasnt!Mark answers:I would not take any medication. From personal experience at least.
