Ken asks…I am currently taking Sam-e and wanted to know if I can take NaturalCare Anxiety Relief at the same time?I take Sam-e (200mg every 2 days) to boost my mood. Lately I feel very anxious and stressed when dealing with certain things. I wanted to know if I can take the NaturalCare Anxiety Relief at the same time as the Sam-e or do I have to stop.
