George asks…How do you help someone who's having a panic attack?I have a good friend who's been having panic attacks lately. I haven't been around him when he's had a panic attack, but I want to know how to help him if the time ever comes around. I've heard that these panic attacks of his can be very scary and he gets upset whenever he has one.
