Michael asks…what can I do to prevent an anxiety attack while getting blood work?I have to get blood work done and haven't done it in years. I have occasional anxiety attacks sometimes for no reason. My doctor said I could take my anxiety medication and an ativan. I will also have the numbing cream for my arm. but how can I stop myself from having an anxiety attack or passing out?
