Your Questions About Panic Attack Help
Thomas asks…Why am I having a panic attack for no reason?I am sitting here minding my own business hanging out with my cat and playing playstation, and for no reason I'm getting this panic attack. I'm not thinking about anything except concentrating on my game, but my chest feels tight all of a sudden for a few seconds and then I get a nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach. I don't understand what's going on. Please help!Mark answers:You are palpitating.. Ask your self what did you take.
